Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Salesforce Helpdesk Specialist to deliver high-quality technical assistance. This role will involve resolving software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to service-level agreements. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping users navigate their Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities and functions

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Salesforce customer issues.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance using knowledge base articles.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with technical inquiries.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when needed.
  • Follow protocols to meet SLAs and performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce features and provide basic training.
  • Educate customers on product functionality and best practices.


Requirements


  • Any Salesforce certification (highly desirable).
  • 1 year in Salesforce support.
  • Experience with Salesforce case management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning Experience.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (plus).
  • Background in partner enablement, CRM adoption strategies, or customer success operations.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
